Outdoor Vacuum Sewage System
The outdoor vacuum drainage system of Juchuan is a kind of drainage system, which produces high-speed air flow containing sewage by means of air pressure difference and takes the sewage away from the appliance. The rural area has the characteristics of complex terrain, dense houses, narrow roadway, shallow rock layer and deep frozen layer, so it is difficult to use the traditional gravity flow drainage system for village drainage collection. Vacuum sewage collection technology can well adapt to the characteristics of rural topography and make up for the application defects of traditional gravity collection, with the advantages of low energy consumption and short construction period.
Mountainous areas or areas with dense water networks
In particular, mountain villas and water view villas, as well as the old city (especially the ancient city with cultural relic value) reconstruction projects that are excavated on a large scale without any conditions are unable to do their best. A large number of lift pump stations or inverted siphon roads need to be set up, which greatly increases the construction difficulty and operation and maintenance costs. Water source protection area and area with high groundwater level

Prefabricated buried vacuum unit

The equipment adopts the overall design, high integration, easy installation, small footprint, and all the parts related to the fault of the vacuum unit adopt the standby mechanism. The vacuum pump is mutually standby, the sewage pump is mutually standby, the gas control and electrode two sets of liquid level sensing devices are used to compensate for each other, and the equipment is stable and reliable.
The prefabricated buried vacuum unit has the characteristics of compact design, small footprint and convenient overall installation. It can be buried in the ground and backfilled without occupying the ground space. It is suitable for scenes that require fast construction and reduced floor space.
The low position of the vacuum tank of the buried vacuum unit can reduce the energy consumption of the vacuum system, and is also conducive to cooling and thermal insulation.

On the other hand, the density of residents in the old city is large, and it is impossible to excavate and transform the pipeline. Therefore, it is very difficult to intercept the pollution. Baoying Sheyang Lake Town Hubin Road along the river part of retail drainage vacuum drainage project
Sheyang Lake Town Hubin Road along the river part of the retail drainage vacuum drainage project mainly solve the problem of 110 households along the river, according to the site survey, the 110 households are built on the riverbank, all drainage points are toward the river, the use of traditional gravity flow drainage construction is difficult and can not completely solve the sewage problem, the vacuum drainage system is now used to collect and discharge each household sewage. This project uses a set of MDY-3000 vacuum pump station, supporting 54 wall-mounted vacuum lifters.
Fuyun County Kizilkuduke village negative pressure sewage treatment project
Fuyun County of Xinjiang Altai belongs to the continental cold temperate arid climate. Winter is cold and long, summer is hot, spring and autumn are short, the average temperature is 3.0℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 42.2℃, the extreme minimum temperature is -51.5℃, the average frost-free period is 137 days, the annual precipitation is 189.6mm, and the annual evaporation is 1970mm.
The traditional gravity flow is easy to freeze, large excavation, slow flow rate, easy to block and high cost. After comprehensive consideration, vacuum drainage system is adopted.
The vacuum drainage system adopts a set of VACS-6000 vacuum drainage pumping station and 100 sets of vacuum collection Wells, which are used to solve the problem of sewage collection in Kizilkuduk village. The project covers 168 residents, Kizilkuduk village primary school, village committee and village visitor center.
Qinghai Guoluo ecological cabin

Qinghai Guoluo ecological health cabin, with an average altitude of more than 4200 meters, belongs to the typical plateau grassland climate, with high cold and high altitude characteristics, general gravity flow drainage needs a large area of excavation, damage the surface vegetation seriously, not easy to recover, and easy to freeze. After comprehensive consideration, the vacuum drainage system is adopted. The vacuum drainage system has the characteristics of small pipe diameter, flexible laying, under excavation, anti-freezing and short construction period, which effectively solves the drainage problem in the high cold and high altitude area.
The project adopts a set of VCAS2000 vacuum unit and 40 sets of vacuum lifters in Juchuan to solve the drainage of cabins and public toilets on the project, which will be constructed and put into use in 2020.
